Terms of Service / Privacy & Data Security Commitment

    1. Service Objectives and Commitment:

        VPSHUB is established with the goal of providing secure mini-server infrastructure, reliable hosting, and trusted cloud storage services for users in Vietnam.
        We recognize that customer data is the most valuable asset. Therefore, VPSHUB is committed to the following:

• We do not access, interfere with, modify, or copy any customer data under any circumstances.

• We do not sell, share, or store any duplicate copies of customer data outside of our official operating systems.

• Any technical operations (if required) must be clearly authorized by the customer in written form or through verified electronic confirmation.

    2. Customer Data Security:

• All servers are protected by multi-layer firewalls, international-standard SSL/TLS encryption, and continuous 24/7 monitoring systems.

• VPSHUB does not collect or analyze any customer-stored content, except in cases where we are legally required to comply with official requests from government authorities.

• Customers have the full right to:

  • Manage, back up, and delete their data at any time.

  • Request VPSHUB to permanently remove all information from the system upon termination of service.

    3. Prohibited Conduct:

        To protect the community and maintain a stable shared infrastructure, customers are strictly prohibited from using VPSHUB services for the following purposes:

• Distributing malware, viruses, exploit code, or tools intended to disrupt servers.

• Sending spam, conducting DDoS attacks, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.

• Storing, sharing, or distributing content that violates the laws of Vietnam.

• Intentionally interfering with, disrupting, or causing harm to servers, services, or other users.

         If such activities are detected, VPSHUB reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend the violating account or server.

• Report and cooperate with relevant authorities if there are indications of cybercrime.

    4. Customer Responsibilities & Benefits:

• Customers are responsible for the data, source code, and content they store on the system.

• VPSHUB provides a stable, secure, and fair operating environment for all users.

• All technical issues are supported through the email channel admin@vpshub.vn or our internal ticketing system.

    5. Terms Updates:

        VPSHUB may update or modify these Terms of Service to comply with new regulations or to enhance security and service quality.
        Any changes will be publicly announced on our website at Terms of Service
